It is also no secret that your "indie" film is a planned hit piece on our client. Just one example of this is your sharing and posting on "You Tube", prior to production, of your Zant interview, without any attempt to state the New Press position which was common knowledge and publically made available when I answered reporters questions both on film and otherwise.=20 Please explain how our client's position can get a fair airing in a film done, completed and ready for the "box"? It is commonplace for a "documentary" about events in progress, as opposed to a "historical documentary" of events past, to start somewhat neutral and then develop the ongoing clash portraying, both sides. If it was to be a credible work it should develop like a news story is supposed to play out, checking sources, verifying facts, attempting to eliminate spin. Your effort has not even attempted this other than the cosmetic effort to get comment from me mostly about legal matters that are ongoing or pending. Unless you are able to correct what you may perceive as a misimpression on our part about your effort, we continue to refuse to aid what appears to be a clearly biased fairy tale without an ending.
